Founder and Executive Chairman of Agi’s Board of Directors, Marciano is also the Chief Executive Officer of Agi Inc, the holding company of Banco Agibank S.A., one of the first digital banks in Brazil. An innovator and tireless seeker of disruptive solutions, Marciano Testa is one of the leading entrepreneurs in the Brazilian financial market today. His mission is to provide a banking experience that welcomes and empowers all Brazilians. This same vision led him to co-found Instituto Caldeira, a private initiative aimed at accelerating digital transformation in Rio Grande do Sul, where he currently serves as President. He holds a degree in Economic Sciences from Unisinos, with a specialization in Finance, and has completed the Executive Program at Singularity University as well as the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School.
Glauber is the Chief Operating Officer as well as a Director and partner at Agi. Previously working as Agibank’s Chief Channels, Growth, CRM and Business Officer at Agibank for over 5 years, he took on the role of CEO in 2021. With a long career at Caixa Econômica Federal, the executive has a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, an MBA in Finance from Universidade Nove de Julho, a degree from the Executive Program at Singularity, in Silicon Valley, as well as a degree in Civil Engineering and Technology of Information.
Marcello has 21 years of experience in the market, having worked in large investment banks (Itaú BBA, Santander) as well as on the executive board of companies in other sectors, and has expertise in corporate finance, M&A and fundraising processes, developing impact strategies with multicultural teams across a variety of sectors. With a degree in Economics from Unicamp and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Columbia Business School, the executive arrives with the challenge of continuing the company’s sustainable growth, communicating with market agents and expanding and diversifying funding sources.
Vinicius Aloe is Chief Technology Officer and partner at Agi. The executive leads the business area and orchestrates the different fronts of the company with a strategic view of the market. With over 14 years of experience in Retail, Credit, Analytics and Pricing, Aloe spent nine years at Banco Santander – 3 of them still at Banco Real, before being acquired – and for two years he led fintech as co-founder and CEO Loan YES, which belongs to the bank. Graduated in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo (USP), he also holds a postgraduate degree in Risk Management from INSPER.
Matheus Girardi is the Chief Clients Officer and partner at Agi. He has over 12 years of experience in the financial and technology industries. The executive has previously worked as Digital Channels Manager at Agi and as Senior Product Development Manager at Sicredi. Matheus has also been founder of the startups Reservei and Simulei, as well as Financial Solutions Product Owner at NeoGrid. He holds a bachelor degree in Information Systems from the University do Vale do Rio dos Sinos, an Marketing MBA from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, an In Company Organizational Leadership MBA from Dom Cabral Foundation and an Executive MBA from MIT.
Daniel is the Chief Products Officer at Agi. Technologist in Data Processing from UNESP-FATEC and postgraduate in IT Project Management from USP, he has already worked in the fields of Technology and Product Development in other large companies in the financial market. Began his career at Agibank in 2021, acting as executive manager of Wallets, Payments and Investments Platform, and later as Executive Manager of Software Engineering. Stepped up as C-Level in August 2023.
Daniel has 16 years of experience in the financial market, including companies as Santander, Citibank and Itaú, where he was in charge of topics such as credit modeling and portfolio, fraud prevention, data science and data engineering. He is a statistician and has a specialization in Credit Management from (FIA). At Agibank, he has worked since 2019, where he was previously the Portfolio and Credit Modeling manager and, from 2021 as Executive Manager, he started to manage other areas: Data Engineering, Data Science, BI and Fraud Prevention, leading projects and initiatives that boosted the culture of data use internally.
Lucas Aguiar leads the People and Governance front, and is also a partner at Agi. With experience in the people area at XP Inc and in the management area at Falconi consultancy, the executive has more than 15 years of experience and a degree in Administration from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, with an MBA from the London Business School.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Brasília, with a postgraduate degree in Controllership and Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a doctorate from Université de Bordeaux in Paris, France, in the Doctoral of Business Administration program. Additionally, he has completed executive education programs at London Business School, Chicago Booth, and Wharton. With over 23 years of experience in the financial system, he has served as Vice President of Wholesale Banking and CFO of Caixa Econômica Federal, CFO of Caixa Seguridade, and CFO of Caixa Vida e Previdência. He has also held board positions in several organizations, including Paranapanema, Too Seguros, Anbima, and FGC – Fundo Garantidor de Créditos. He now joins Agibank’s Executive Board as Chief Risk and Controllership Officer.
