Marciano Testa Founder, Executive Chairman and CEO of Agi Inc.

Founder and Executive Chairman of Agi’s Board of Directors, Marciano is also the Chief Executive Officer of Agi Inc, the holding company of Banco Agibank S.A., one of the first digital banks in Brazil. An innovator and tireless seeker of disruptive solutions, Marciano Testa is one of the leading entrepreneurs in the Brazilian financial market today. His mission is to provide a banking experience that welcomes and empowers all Brazilians. This same vision led him to co-found Instituto Caldeira, a private initiative aimed at accelerating digital transformation in Rio Grande do Sul, where he currently serves as President. He holds a degree in Economic Sciences from Unisinos, with a specialization in Finance, and has completed the Executive Program at Singularity University as well as the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School.

Rosa Rios Board Member

She was the Treasurer of the United States between 2009 and 2016. Inside the U.S. government, Mrs. Rios was responsible for leading activities such as the production of coin and currency and she was also the person who spearheaded the efforts to have the image of a woman on U.S. Federal Reserve notes for the first time in history. After she left her position as Treasurer, Ms. Rios received the Hamilton Award, the highest honor bestowed in the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Gabriel Felzenszwalb Board Member

Partner of the Vinci Partners’ Private Equity team, Gabriel has been a member of the Board of Directors of several companies in the Vinci portfolio, such as Burger King, Unidas and Cecrisa, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Austral, CBO, Le Biscuit, Vero and Agibank. He joined the Private Equity group of UBS Pactual Gestora de Investimentos Alternativos in 2007. From 2008 to 2010, he was assigned to portfolio company InBrands, where he acted as CEO and CFO. Prior to that, he worked as an analyst at Banco BBM venture capital operations, as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co., as a M&A manager at Vivo and as an associate at GP Investimentos. He holds a degree in Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Gabriel joined Agibank’s Board of Directors in 2020.

Daniel Goldberg Board Member

Daniel is currently CIO and partner at Lumina Capital Management and was previously Partner and Head of Latin America at Farallon Capital Management, a position he held from August 2011 to December 2021. He served as President of Morgan Stanley in Brazil from April 2010 to August 2011. Between January 2003 and December 2006, he led the Economic Law Department of the Ministry of Justice, the former agency responsible for Brazil’s antitrust and consumer protection system. He holds a bachelor’s and a doctorate degree in Law from the University of São Paulo. Additionally, he earned a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School. In January 2025, he joined Agibank’s Board of Directors through an investment by Lumina Capital.

Aod Cunha Board Member

Mr. Moraes has a postdoctoral degree and was a visiting researcher at Columbia University in the City of New York in 2009. He served as chairman of Fundação de Economia e Estatística in the State of Rio Grande do Sul from 2003 to 2006; Treasury Secretary of the State of Rio Grande do Sul and chairman of the board of directors of Banrisul from 2007 to 2009; senior consultant at Banco Mundial in 2010; managing director at Banco J.P. Morgan from 2011 to 2014; partner of Banco BTG Pactual from 2014 to 2016; and a member of the board of directors of Banco PAN from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Moraes currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Gerdau and Grupo Vibra, a member of the investment committee of Jaymar and an economic consultant for family offices.

Glauber Correa Board Member

Glauber is the Chief Operating Officer as well as a Director and partner at Agi Inc. Previously working as Agibank’s Chief Channels, Growth, CRM and Business Officer at Agibank for over 5 years, he took on the role of CEO of the bank in 2021. With a long career at Caixa Econômica Federal, the executive has a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, an MBA in Finance from Universidade Nove de Julho, a degree from the Executive Program at Singularity, in Silicon Valley, as well as a degree in Civil Engineering and Technology of Information.

Humberto Linaris Board Member

Humberto Linaris is a partner and senior consultant with over 15 years of experience advising companies on complex financial, governance and management matters. He is currently the Coordinator of the Audit Committee at Agibank, where he supports oversight of financial reporting, internal controls and corporate governance. Humberto holds a degree in Accounting from the University of São Paulo (USP) and has built his career combining deep technical expertise with hands-on advisory experience across multiple industries.
